* Bus Parking is charged 25 € per bus per day.

* Tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid daily per person; in June, July, August and September price is 1,40 EUR; in March, April, May and October price is 1,10 EUR; the rest of the year price is 0,93 EUR. Children aged from 12 to 18 pay 50% and children under 12 are free of charge.

* Daily Rent includes: linen and towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment, electric current and water expenses, air conditioning, SAT TV, general cleaning once weekly, change of towels and kitchen towels twice per week.

* Halfboard includes buffet breakfast + dinner.


* Discounts: valid only for rental of the apartment. We approve a 5% discount for those who stay longer than 15 days - nights.

* Early booking: for reservations till 15.02.2023. - 25% discount; for reservations till 25.03.2023. - 20% discount; (early booking discount excludes other discounts).

* Deposit: a reservation is confirmed after a down payment of 50% has been made. The deposit will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 22 days before the guests arrival. In case the reservation has been cancelled up to 21 day the deposit will not be returned. The rest of amount must be paid on the reception in cash or by credit card: AMEX, DINERS, VISA, EC/MC.
