To ensure fast and pleasant service, we kindly ask you to have your accommodation unit number ready when arriving for your meal. Upon request by our staff, guests are required to present their room key or key card, or provide their accommodation unit number.
Guests who have been issued a wristband are required to wear or present it when using the restaurant services and provide their accommodation unit number.
If a guest refuses the verification procedure, the hotel reserves the right to deny meal service until the guest's entitlement has been confirmed.
